IN TIME
Meditate in calm mind in silence,
Sit alone in a room long in darkness,
Practice short then extend a gradual,
Nothing happens within thought casually,
Mind tempts to slip out of a box,
Everything you learn a mere hoax,
Dark visions disturbing thoughts irk,
The initial love curios mind shrinks,
Daily practices are in the right schedule,
Morning evening hours are best n cool,
Aspirations unlimited mind quest magic,
Monotony painful posture quietly tragic,
The mind gets from rebel to discipline alert,
Regular to practices works alter n abort,
Learned this myself struggles long,
Extrovert mind played the musical song,
Thoughts sail gentle cloud inner sky,
Sit alone quiet long never felt shy,
Looked at dusk sun sinks in the west,
Humanity busy in day seek to rest,
Birds fly back to nest like cattle in the herd,
At dawn Sun rises in east world awakes,
In season flower fruit come leaves in fall,
In age, men grow to adult travel as tall,
Seasons follow in order never break,
Pilgrims move-in the schedule right in a trek,
A seed germinate grow to plant in the year,
A beginner practice hopeless to be seer,
The world run in rule life moves in a cycle,
It time meditation proceeds trust is simple,
Slow and steady transformations are real,
Ignorance fades bliss experiences magical,
The feelings inner joy fails expressions,
Troubles of life settle to placid, in time reckons.
