CARDINAL CREDENCE

Self-awareness blooms intimately,
Teenage curiosity, pleasant lately,
The day is in automatic progress,
The world awakens life impresses,(1)

Events happen in time, a miracle,
From dawn to dusk, order is visible,
A morning bird's call in freedom,
Blue sky, bird circles, at random, (2)

At dusk, birds search for their nest,
Tired human desperate for rest,
Incredible dreamlands manifest,
Night thickens, darkness attests, (3)

In a noisy world, arguments conflict,
Anxiety and aspersions inflict scorn,
A hurt heart, an acid tongue inflict,
Lies disguise pretentious lives resist, (4)

Anger hurts, the mind acts abnormally,
Conscience tells a soul decently,
A bright sunny day entices the mind,
Conspiring to revolt, rebels unkind, (5)

Influence corrupts the teenage mind,
Evening prayer abruptly silences,
Peace, calmness, the divine assures,
Reason focuses, warns of the error (6)

Unknown, unseen, the Lord speaks,
Mind reads a holy book, feels weak,
The book says, He exists clearly,
A seed in a fruit dreams of a future (7)

Pray to the Lord to grant patience,
Reject all vows of cardinal credence.
Enemy, a spirit of doubt intense,
Betrayal birth ends in confluence. (viii)
