PAL IN THE SILENT NIGHT
Moments overwhelm, recede soon,
Silvery night clouded, and a full moon,
A million stars blink, vanish quickly,
Apprehends unknown, melancholy, (1)
Either a future or the past, present,
Fascinating a story, troubled resent,
Subtle presence, consolation mark,
Gentle breeze dried tear love stark, (2)
Invisible to the mind's eye stalk
whisper,
Constantly conveyed, life to endure,
Preferred loneliness sobbed missed,
The darkness and sadness life kissed,

Reverberate known voice melt sadly,
A jungle of thoughts is creeping madly,
The meaning of life, happiness, love,
How soon the curtain steal, dissolve,
(4)
The mortal frame or physical shape,
Unnoticed departure shows escape,
Invisible gust of wind blows, touches,
Nostalgic memory hunt life searches, (5)
Fail to fathom a beginning, and an end,
The night and lamenting soul friend,
Impassioned, pleasure, and passion,
Silent witness, watch love, emotion, (6)
The broken twig, fallen leaves dried,
An aura green, translucent, defied,
Pale and murmur, intense scrutiny,
Hope and aspiration fought, mutiny, (7)
Remorse remembrance all entwine,
Pal in the silent night, past genuine,
Possible sunrise loses part of its life,
Meeting the future hopeful in strife.
