THE SMILES OF THE ROCK
Not a blade of grass, granite hard,
A bald peak face rain feels reward,
Surprised, water fractures all crust,
Splintered to rubbles, cover frost, (1)
Lifeless inert faces winter or rain,
Blistering hot summer, lacks pain,
The moss and dried fallen, detach,
Human life at times shows, attach, (2)
Not a shred of pain or agony mingle,
Exist as a lonely rock, stays single,
flora fauna, passion and pleasure,
Absent in life restitution treasure, (3)
A rare sight, dust gathered slowly,
A wildflower smiles in lovely colors,
Out of nowhere, seeds germinate,
Wind carried to the peak dictate, (4)
The fate of human life mirrors well,
Happiness and peace settle, dwell,
Blossoms, wildflower, lotus petals,
Water in a pothole, the spectacle, (5)
Grooves of despair hope, filled up,
Butterfly and dreams creeping up,
Silent the rock or mute the mind,
Fragile aspiration sandstone find, (6)
The rock lives life survives, similar,
The duet of poesy fragrant, at par,
Brook flows over the rock sparkle,
Time passes, life witnesses, trickle,
(7)
Eyes glisten and smile, the human,
The smile of the rock, a unique one,
Live and let live, forget all sorrow,
Desire is a creeper, lovely burrow.
