AN EMPTY BUCKET

Pouring rainwater to the brim, savor,
Unexpected fueled the mind, enamor,
Crowded, sweet home, noisy, reminds,
Lonely life, the shadows painful finds, (1)

Spectral hues of the dew or rainbow,
Azure sky, white clouds, mirth show,
Bright sunshine hidden pale lament,
Hazy horizon, ambiguous life torrent, (2)

Dream castle crumbles, failures hint,
Feel bewildered soul nearing, extinct,
Sipping courage. fragile fighting will,
Bucket the hope expect change anvil, (3)

Untiring effort expectation assimilate,
Fruitful life colored vision promulgates,
Washed out desires, dreams, and love,
Quicksand of life destroys, fails, resolves, (4)

Soothing voice, decent promise came,
Fascinating to fallacy proved the same,
Looked away, forgotten relationship,
Turning point of life search courtship, (5)

Rose flowering praise showering tell,
Fallen petals condemnation, life hell,
Brittle glass mirror fracture intimate,
Disfigured, a beautiful figure indicates, (6)

Expectant eyes wait for bright dawn,
Clouded overcast mind verily mourn,
Patience running out, the heart cries,
Heartbroken to grab scopes pacifies, (7)

Unfulfilled dreams fail a reality show,
An empty bucket elusive mind knows,
Dream rarely materialized or bucket,
Hope and love solve the basket. (viii)
