A thousand oil lamps lit a happy time,

Crackers, noisy, lighted, inflamed fine,

Fluorescent bulbs, colorful, strings,

Sweets and cuisine festival life sing, (1)

 

Time to buy gold, silver, and cherish,

Dream and desire, the reality wish,

Departed monsoon, weather clear,

Holiday and worship practice favor, (2)

 

Opulent joy mischievous heart mix,

Corroborates suffering misery fix,

Winter on the anvil happiness trail,

Scar of the rainy season flood quell, (3)

 

Bountiful harvest granaries attract,

Before the fall blossom lively react,

Azure sky, white cloud, migrating bird,

Marshland feeding ground, reward, (4)

 

Nature, picturesque, proliferates life,

Verdant valley forest travelers like,

Before the fog, biting smog inspires,

Short and enchanting moment fires, (5)

 

Stunned, the mind rebels reject all,

Life, the bitter test bestowed recall,

Paranoia, the fall disheartens a soul,

Disappear mesmerizing life, a goal, (6)

 

Fragile the dream, colorful rainbow,

Pale and gloomy states mind show,

Creeps into life, tension, the tragedy,

Survive counter sufferance remedy, (7)

 

Calm and quiet, unruly mind prevails,

Accept the situation reality, a sequel,

The thirst desires, and a temptation,

Like volcanic lava, hot flow emotion. (viii)
