LIVE AND LET LIVE

A million breaths a life needs,

A billion hopes sympathy feed,

A thousand dreams life shows,

A hundred toil grass grows, (1)

 

A trillion proclamation, peace,

A few realized to survive, wish,

A century of subjugation scar,

A freedom harbor spectacular, (2)

 

Benign the heart loves to serve,

Beseech kindness lives deserve,

Bequeath material to a needy soul,

But life is short, search for the goal, (3)

 

Bewildered humans take life a lot,

Bitter fight war bomb siren alert,

Belittle the carnage alibi louder,

Besmirch as tyrant kills prouder, (4)

 

Complex world, cruel minds,

Crush lives unhesitant or unkind,

Convey for world peace, murder,

Carry out offensive acts shoulder (5)

 

Catastrophe lives face stubborn,

Counter dying hour to live yearn,

Consistent motivation to survive,

Constant efforts, selfless, thrive, (6)

 

Care for others' suffering heal,

Come forward, humans reveal,

Compassion, the virtue rectifies,

Coexistence principle life defy, (7)

 

Love humans' short life utilized,

Leave animosity, jealousy prized,

Lost anger, cruelty, the new life,

Live and let live, a motto, thrive. (viii)
