THE LIGHT OF HOPE

The earthen hearth firewood,
Cooking pots boil and foods,
The warmth of kitchen peace,
The shelter humans only wish, (1)

Lighted a room, and wellness,
Aggregate labor, toils impress,
Granaries are full of livelihood,
Differentiate life, bad and good, (2)

The bonfire and chilling winter,
Happiness lighted time assured,
The fireworks, festival of the night,
Imprinted in the heart, delight, (3)

Sunrise, or the bright sunshine,
Glistens dew at the dawn, fine,
The azure sky, greenery reflects,
Life exists for the light and direct, (4)

Lotus blooms, leaves grow seed,
Transform the world, yet indeed,
Light and mirrors create images,
Knowledge or light write essays, (5)

Moonlit night, silvery glow softly,
Happiness and love are exhibited aptly,
Romantic night light and shades,
Plays perfectly, dream pervades, (6)

The fireballs, explosions, noises,
Lighted the night sky soul poise,
Ruined homes, children, orphans,
Beat their chests, proud humans, (7)

The light has gone out in darkness,
The light of hope extinguishes,
The candlelit wax molten fumes,
Tears and fears future resumes. (viii)
