ETERNAL ABODE

ETERNAL ABODE

In age, see the beacon of thought,
Who am I, in one time what I sought,
Wherefrom I came and if I had a home,
The home is where I built it as my own, (1)

Loved here in life and saw dreams,
Beautiful looks the home I enjoy,
I spent and built block by block,
All I bought here felt like all my luck, (2)

I witnessed one house and a decent,
He worked, the kids for study, he sent,
He lives in the home, all alone, well,
He left for good. I saw a point, felt (3)

My life passed as the home I built,
Where he has gone, and he quit,
Day in and day out, I start thinking,
Why at all did I come here like him? (4)

My love, ego, joy, and vanished,
Family all love care no more wished,
The bondage unshackled, to leave,
I shall return as a dream home, believe (5)

Darkness and sight merge in total,
Whisper, I heard, you are not mortal,
You stay, and the body is the temple,
Illusive this world and a fact so simple, (6)

Dual, the birth, and the death do come,
The home you built, no more, you own,
Came with empty hands, return empty,
The home of your eternal non-dual beauty, (7)

No name, no shape, you are unknown,
I was thinking in my mind, a world to disown,
You are consciousness and rest absurd,
Perplexed in the pursuit of eternal abode? (viii)
