EQUANIMITY
In life sorrows grip tight heart,
Neither heart sinks nor heals fast,
The deep wound invisible lurks within,
Bleeds with tears quietude prime,
Silence in mind, thoughts rewind,
Painful a moment in life rekindles,
Never heals a heart, pain, sadness,
Incredible curvy life, rich, poor faces,
A compassionate touch, tight hug,
Often helps assuage, pacify cool sob,
Equanimity in life, in balance mood,
Life sustains thorns cruel erase brood,
Shared me most often wavy realm,
Ecstasy misses quick, hurt lacks balm,
Teenage has seen results well or worse,
Twinkles turned tears, speechless verse,
Young heart aspiring, mad for skies,
Average family sight kite snatched flies,
Infinite sweet dreams prey young heart,
Broken heart after effort goes vain intact,
Depressive mind a curse, life gets aimless,
Cheerful world, bright days rot in distress,
No medicine, care can recover the heart well,
Few in life close friend, life partner swell,
Soothing whispers, touch, caress smother,
Tight hugs patient, hot tears empty sooner,
The pain for moths, year’s occasional visit,
Spirit failed to self console, fake smiles
deceit,
The wound heals as a miracle a touch, few words,
Intimate listener for pathos few words inroad,
The mind accepts positive magic these whispers,
Equanimity erases pain, past forgotten clear,
No more fake smiles lie mind acts,
Hiding self from the world fails to distract,
Gradual heart searches hope pink,
Forgotten tears, solitude, never it, sink,
Laughter plays wonder with friends close,
Hands clasped tight couple embraced rose,
Nature’s cryptic message a rock balance,
Down one side rolls hundred feet relevance,
Equanimity is the balance of life mimic nature,
Assures progress of human, sad, in pleasure,
The best medicine for the cure is love pure,
Friendship true critical aspect, assure,
Friendship means for couple mutual trust,
Love n respect, care, brings equanimity most,
Such a family has seen stable men or wife,
Leaders console, heal broken home fight,
It safeguards student sees the future with hope,
Jobless calm, testing time fight, rare elope,
Ripe age couple, single with a friend knows,
Depressing time closeness, balance owes,
Widow, young, woman with kids single,
The pathos of female life, humiliations mingle,
No one to console, hug tight, caring touch,
Hats off to brave women, never to cry vouch,
Looking for struggle in harsh world fight,
Equanimity O’ man learn from her, a sight,
Seen physically handicapped smiles profuse,
Equanimity in mind, self-effort succeed muse,
Equanimity of mind is a clue for mediation,
Mind distracts often, slow breath in motion,
Composed state, silent, mind as thoughtless,
Equanimity brings breath slowly, focus matchless,
Enables quality of human as realized, thinker,
Poet, writer, intellect, scientist, singer,
painter,
Doctor, sculpture, architect, musician, leader,
The essence of equanimity, the mind evolves in wonder.
