HOPES AND SCOPES
The chasm before the path of life stays,
Challenging courage and vigor display,
The ladder to rise to glory appeals
louder,
The first step to the zenith or prouder,

Clairvoyance, a fallacy; accurately
walk,
Achievement strenuous efforts, stark,
Sweet home, and the watch indicates,
The chimney tower and hearth a fate, (2)
Verdant green fields, soul-rich wishes,
White cloud of dream floats, cherishes,
Intricate aspiration and acute desires,
Vanish dews, morning light, and rises,

Left nests flock of birds spread wings,
Encounters passion, fictions, life
sings,
Who knows, tomorrow, good news,
Materialized, surprised, and bemused,
(4)
Fountain of dilemma binds dogma hit,
Excel endeavor, meet rough task, grit,
The trek face gorge, crevasse, cavern,
Escape out of darkness, fewer mourn, (5)
Missed opportunity, scalable, patient,
Life knows lost chance probe nascent,
Minted gold asset escaped suddenly,
The world is elusive, acts mysteriously,

Conviction of an invisible rope binds,
Awareness, rarely open chain, reminds.
Remnant of the past or lessons guide,
The scar of past horror heart preside,
(7)
Life at a crossroads, puzzled to choose,
Hope and scopes balanced or to lose,
Suspended suspicion doubt, progress,
The book of life imprints and impresses.
