Surprised the heart memories stay,
Departed at a time, desperately delayed,
No more the world changed, quell,
Aspiration inspires discovery, swell, (1)

Metamorphose caterpillar miracle,
Memory is a butterfly, a spectacle,
A squirrel, the mind hibernated, say,
Jumping on the earth, wet grass, in gay, (2)

Once upon a time, a desert, arid, a life,
Cactus today blooms, vanishes strife,
Memory is a rock heart chisels hail,
Morsels of pleasure joyfully prevail, (3)

Faithful pet dog waits for the master to tell,
No food, little water, expecting a rebel,
Merely sight the scent, voice alert,
Belief lives in a careful heart, an effort, (4)

Memory, you are a bride, leave home,
Bridegroom steals everything, come,
The necklace, bangles, and saree imprison,
Impressionable young girl in emotion (5)

Childhood and adolescence were thrilling,
Throbbing heart sensation refueling,
Under the veil, cinematic motion lay,
Vermilion on the forehead display, (6)

Left the parents a sweet home soon,
Hand in hand with a young man, a loom,
Different lives differ in the world essays,
Children in future years, the message, (7)

The bagpiper's drumbeat procession,
Long past a marriage, lurks emotion,
Who churns the heart, a girl records,
