LAP OF LOVE

Looked many a time, father, mother,
Search, plentiful brother and sister,
Lost in wildlife, sleep on soil, nature,
Lush green grass with wildflowers, (1)

Slept on the river or ocean beach,
Failed to pacify the heart bewitched,
Witness birds circling, chirping, say,
Footprints on the sand pebble lay, (2)

Lost my existence footprint, gone,
Painful steps on stones, life learns,
Rest under the cool shade of the tree,
Hesitant mind unsettles and runs free, (3)

Crystal clear blue stream for bath,
Cool's physical heart lost its path,
Sweet home, the bed is warm, worth
Sleep on the soft cotton feel both (4)

Carrying the ghost of worries lay,
Tears of the past present dismay,
Dreams appeared, disappeared,
Unknown love, imaginary feared, (5)

Brokenhearted wanted to gossip,
Confess accumulated love worship,
Intense desire to build the next one,
Where do you stay? Cruel to become (6)

Boundless misery and agony to open,
Sit adjacent to me, listen to life soften,
Untold stories to unspoken words,
Express to your soul, look forward, (7)

Your fragrant scent existence defies,
Hungry to look at your beautiful eyes,
All my struggle nightmares dissolved,
To sleep once, say on the lap of love, (viii)
