COUSIN OF LOVE

Love erases animosity, hearts unite,
A foe turns a friend, ends bitter fight,
Cactus blooms red rose with thorns,
Pacify anger, grudge life yet mourn, (1)

Miss the sunrise, sunshine on dew,
Repent, human, relentless astonish,
Realize, colors of love, fragrant, a few,
Forgive and forget the soul abolish, (2)

Amicable, amenable, and ambitious,
Distributes love smiles, precipitous,
Coagulate bonhomie, trust, or belief,
Human virtue exists, ushers relief, (3)

Pittance for mercy self-acquire pity,
Forgiveness and compassion, unity,
Apparent long quarrels, a short life,
Foolishness to follow counter strife, (4)

Trees offer fruits and flowers, show,
Cows provide milk, prize love know,
Surprise, a baffling human behavior,
Baseless notion, selfish and superior, (5)

Value of peace and bliss, try to earn,
Wounded heart, bruised mind yearn,
Anger fire under the ash live, aspire,
Forgiven love, drowse rethink inspire, (6)

Pray the Lord profound gilt, forgive,
Infinite ocean of love grants, survive,
Confess sins or convey rectification,
Resolve with strong determination, (7)

The river flows, shores love forgive,
Parallel runs along life well survive,
Admiration, applause, or adoration,
Cousin of love, forgiveness, emotion. (viii)
