FRAGILE COURAGE

Difficult to trust the eventful life show,

At the verge of failure, successes show,

Advises promise only watermarks,

Kith and kin nominally add a remark, (1)

 

Paramount to love wholeheartedly,

Serve and love selflessly and sacredly,

Dries out pouring love, surprising,

Help is a distant dream, sadly sing, (2)

 

Golden rule unwavering faith stay,

Mainstay life endeavor yet display,

Crumbles faith poison vision dwell,

Clueless to find support, effort fails, (3)

 

The world balanced belief is strong,

Practice and prejudice prove wrong,

Dilute life fails to believe the action,

Critical factors: passion and emotion (4)

 

Humans dream of fantasy or pleasure,

Reality proves the fallacy a treasure,

Crumble minarets, sand castle sheer,

Thirsty heart desperately wants fear, (5)

 

Gold and assets change hands sadly,

A wild human heart needs to fight badly,

Impermanent prosperity imaginary,

Attachment temptations look ivory, (6)

 

Last but not least, lust, passion,

The quicksand, mirage, precaution,

Creates weakness, traps the mind well,

Bitter fight life falters defeat smell, (7)

 

Still, humans survive victorious, win.

Fragile courage resurrects entwine,

Counter lust passion, lie temptation,

Trust and hope heal, courage learn. (viii)
