Unfolds dream immerses in thought,

Passionate to succeed, shown effort,

Desire manifests manifold, fades away,

Resurrect courage and hope display, (1)

 

From budding childhood and youth,

Saga of endeavor and victory, truth,

A time painfully hurts, sadness stays,

Hours of happiness content dismays,(2)

 

To achieve needs a bitter struggle, fight,

Failures and obstacles exhibit fright,

Life is not a bedrock thorny message,

Book of Life chapters thrill passage, (3)

 

The name and status rise, curious,

Remote corners of the land, famous,

Fame and fortune drive fate, reason.

From rich to rag life change illusion, (4)

 

Events soaked with tears devastate,

The same life smile taunt, vindicate,

Family members, children, relations,

Lone wolf today lonely life emotions, (5)

 

Write a diary page after page, surprise,

Between the horns of a dilemma precise,

Every moment at the crossroads stay,

Perplexes the future puzzles the way, (6)

 

Years roll yet unaware, twilight years,

Scrutinize the memory lane, no fears,

Auburn hair, bald head, shriveled skin,

Still a radiant heart achievement win, (7)

 

The candle is burning bright, wax melts,

Incomplete story till last breath, dealt.

Precious human life, deeds rarely die,

A few blank pages and ink, well, defy. (viii)
