A SIMPLE GESTURE

A bridge is not of brick and mortar,
Inexpressible attachment drop scar,
Binds the two hearts' invisible bond,
A bridge of understanding, life fond, (1)

Heart matches with a heart intensely,
Mind touches other minds frequently,
Soul search for a soul desperately,
Life joins with a life Conveys finally, (2)

A pair of birds fly in the sky like a dream,
Many a hope, aspiration, a stream,
Confluence of life and time provides,
Happiness, pleasure, and trust reside (3)

Ample of food in the beak stay love,
Build their nest on a branch to solve,
A mural of closeness, belief displays,
smile gesture of the eyes silently says, (4)

Unspoken words, a face communicates.
Silent eyes, lips, speechless indicate,
A touch electric sensation and feeling,
This is how love unites smile, revealing, (5)

Sorrows cloud the mind, a life drowns,
Life, a caring finger recovery shown,
Sadness, failure, and frustration fail,
Whisper into the ears, courage prevails, (6)

Broken home, not a morsel of food,
Sympathy and empathy, understood,
Sinking lives stay afloat, well survive,
Human for human life for life thrives, (7)

Assimilate pain and misery, speak less.
A simple gesture revives a life witness
A letter of compromise, a soul watch,
Flowers and honey pull bees, match. (viii)
