THE ASPIRATIONS OF A SEED

 

Embryos of the universe exist as atoms,

Expanse of planets, stars, and galaxies,

Living beings, existence, life, awesome,

Seed of the future to unravel a proxy,(1)

 

Humans' minds carry the seed, invisible,

Fructify into actions, due course able,

Dream, aspiration is a confluence, a flow,

Today thinks imprinted reality show, (2)

 

A lotus seed waits to unravel, signify,

Magnificence and fragrance all defy,

Hidden, in slumber, discover futures,

In sequence, opened up time allures, (3)

 

One foot walk extends to the earth,

A step on a mountain reaches the top,

Linked with hope, courageous worth,

Fulfills the human life, a scope, (4)

 

A microbe germinates and spreads fast,

Minuscule life elements stay hideous,

Rewind, uncoil a thread, hides the past,

Secret of creation genetic furious, (5)

 

Embryos in the mother's womb stay,

Grow gradually, born and birth play,

Development of animals, humans,

Birds, fish, insects, and storms warn (6)

 

The turbulence in the air, a cyclone,

Nature shows cloudburst life mourn,

Sunrise thought provokes in stream,

After dusk, the night weaves dreams (7)

 

A simple, friendly gesture helps bind,

Human relationships with God find,

The aspirations of a seed enchant,

Dreams, a seed to foliage eggplants. (viii)
