PRAISE THE LORD
Hawk and eagle eyes watch
antelope,
Swoop down quickly, animal elopes,
Hides under the burrows, safely waits,
Blue sky, white cloud, nature is quiet, (1)
Behind a bush, tiger eyes the deer run,
Follow at breakneck speed, life mourns,
Escapes the deer from the mouth of death,
Dense forest protects length and breadth (2)
A snake grabbed a toad, its tongue long,
Caught a fly quickly, amazed, a mural hung,
Toad jumps away fly flies firstly escape,
Rain comes, flooded water, a landscape, (3)
A cat follows the mouse, paws attack.
Mouse slips to the hole, a sight intact,
A fly lured to the fire gets burned soon,
A light attracted flies, but a lotus bloom (4)
The human encounters many a horror,
Discover miraculously saved survivors,
The width of the edge of a blade, separate,
Life and death, inseparable and indicate (5)
The mind enslaves the heart and soul,
Desire, physical pleasure, to display a goal,
The thirst, unquenchable life, runs sadly,
An occasion escape from trouble madly, (6)
The lamp is steady and glowing within,
Discretion and courage collude to entwine,
Saving a human life tastes rare freedom,
Life is precious, a dark mind acts seldom, (7)
Hawk and antelope, snake and toad, fly,
The deer and tiger, cat and mouse defy,
A nightmare, hunts interpreted as absurd,
Who saves a dear life, praise the Lord. (viii)
