THE SHEPHERD

The blazing shooting star and sheep,

Men were watching the baby, light,

Mother Merry held on her lap, loved

The perpetual darkness all dissolved,(1)

 

The Son of the Lord incarnated, hail,

The Earth in His presence safely dwells,

Prevail the unseen mirth the miracle,

Suffering humans' heart tears trickle, (2)

 

The Shepherd to guide humans pray,

Divine preaching the kingdom of God,

Selfless service to humans and love,

Mother Teresa was a burning candle (3)

 

Jesus healed the sick through touch,

 Humans lost a path shown, in search,

The nadir of animosity, jealousy, hurt,

The Holy book enumerates, escorts, (4)

 

Learn and practice to forgive, to forget,

Animal instinct batter crucify target,

Shepherd, resurrected soul is eternal,

Compassion and sympathy primeval, (5)

 

We pray Jesus sing coir hymns glued,

Forgot the commandments if viewed,

The purpose of the visit to the world,

Today, humans believe, and are unkind (6)

 

The scary end of the prophet a sock,

Savage life devastates, sadly provokes,

They burn candles, selfish aims rule,

The kindness of Jesus stay, handfuls, (7)

 

His luminance life path humans fail,

Losing the vision, the Shepherd waits,

The bell is ringing or keeps alerting,

Resurrection Son of God Jesus, sing, (viii)
